Our client is seeking an experienced **Implementation Manager** to join their team and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth deployments, streamlined processes, and mínimal disruption to business activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Refine and innovate implementation processes to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain the Release Calendar and manage weekly release planning meetings.
- Coordinate inter-dependencies across systems to meet schedules.
- Produce consolidated runsheets, integrated roll-back plans, and hypercare incident processes.
- Lead production deployments, facilitating go/no-go decisions and managing post-deployment issues.
- Drive BVT planning, hypercare monitoring, and incident resolution with technology partners.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to refine processes and drive continuous improvement.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience in large transformation programs and Agile environments.
- Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively across system teams.
- Expertise in delivery process enhancements and project success.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Rally, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
- Technical troubleshooting skills to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently.
- High skill level with relevant software, CRM, or project management tools.
