My Occ Health Record (MOHR) is an occupational health start up, transforming occupational health through our innovative technology platform.
As we grow our customer base, we're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Implementation Manager to lead complex onboarding projects for our enterprise clients.
The Role
As our Implementation Manager, you'll be the central point of contact for new enterprise customers, ensuring a seamless and structured journey from contract signing through to successful go-live. You'll lead cross-functional efforts across scoping, setup, configuration, testing, and final implementation.
This is a hands-on project management role that requires both technical aptitude and exceptional client-facing skills. This integral role ensures the workflow design process, project planning and software implementation meets individual client business needs.
What you'll do:
Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new enterprise customers
Run structured kick-off meetings, scoping workshops and discovery sessions to understand customer needs and align stakeholders
Liaise with clients during the onboarding and implementation process to identify individual workflow requirements, processes and software needs unique to their business
Translate customer requirements into detailed statement of work documents, including configuration and technical implementation details
Coordinate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support) to deliver onboarding milestones
Act as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding
Develop clear onboarding project plans, timelines, and status reports
Manage the configuration, testing, and validation phases to ensure system readiness
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction
Work closely with clients on data collection/migrated to ensure smooth transition
Assist in the satisfactory delivery of all products and services
Ensure a successful handover to Customer Success and Support teams post go-live
What we are looking for
3–5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management
Experience with complex enterprise software implementations (Occupational Health, HR, Safety, PMS platforms a bonus)
Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects with varying complexity
Strong organisational and project management skills
Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn and determined to adapt quickly
Confident communicator who can lead client meetings and manage stakeholders
Familiarity with API integrations, data mapping, and software configuration workflows
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate client needs
Comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting in a fast-paced environment
