We're seeking a seasoned Implementation Manager for a 12-24 month contract to lead the end-to-end delivery of our multi-wave transformation program—spanning data platforms, insurance systems, and member experience innovation.

About the Role

In this role, you'll:


• Coordinating complex implementations across four transformation waves


• Managing vendor relationships across data, claims, CRM, and policy systems


• Leading business readiness, cutover planning, and hypercare support


• Ensuring continuity and compliance during key operational windows

What You'll Bring


• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology development environment


• Strong leadership and communication skills to engage all stakeholders


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Experience with project management tools and methodologies to meet deadlines


• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
