TAL have a newly created role within the Group Life & Investments Business Unit (GL&I) reporting directly into the GM Digital Member Experience.

The Head of Digital Propositions will manage a small team of account managers, and be responsible developing the positioning of the GL&I's digital proposition.

Collaborating with our Technology and Operations teams, the digital propositions incorporates the digital capabilities and experiences supporting partner / member interactions and engagements, including the design adoption of our digital platform along with the associated member experiences, these include:

- TAL Connect
- IOL
- Group HQ
- Member cover management
- Member claims lodgements and management
- Trustee requirements
- Member health services

Key accountabilities:

- Development of a digital roadmap that drive the proposition forward and is aligned to key considerations of the Partner, and TAL’s strategic outcomes ensuring value for Partners alongside a sustainable cost profile for TAL.
- Develop and own relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and relevant third-party administrators to drive alignment and adoption of our solutions while working in a collaborative way.
- Work with the Member Experience team to develop analytical capabilities of the performance and experience and share insights with Platform Product teams, business stakeholders and our partners while driving continual uplift and a digital first mindset throughout.
- Create and contribute to proposal and proposition collateral, forums and other artefacts to support tenders and partner engagement.
- Develop and coach the Digital Proposition team to drive performance, meet business unit goals while focussing on inter-departmental collaboration, team-based performance, and ensuring employee engagement and retention strategies are being used.
- Identify emerging risks to enable informed decision making and design of digital initiatives, while being accountable for key compliance and risk controls across the team.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Min. 5 years’ experience in building sustained partnerships from financial services, insurance, or superannuation funds
- Min 3 years’ previously in a leadership role ideally with partnerships or account management style team
- Project Management experience, while working in agile development environments
- Ability to articulate highly complex issues to a variety of audiences with an understanding of the superannuation industry
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market share
- Excellent people leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and influence at senior management level
- Strong relationship skills and commercial acumen with sound judgement and decision-making skills
- Strategic/creative thinker and team player
