As our new **Head of Digital and Channels **you will be a prominent leader within our organisation, you will be tasked with re-imagining how we do business with our customers in the digital world. You will define and then lead the digital & channel strategy for Equifax. Responsible for defining the overall channel engagement ensuring we are driving growth and are ‘providing a user experience that delights’.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the channel and/or digital experience approach we take enables the financial objectives of all products whilst being accountable for the commercialisation, revenue and profit of digital and channel based products. Most importantly you will lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute the digital and channel strategy. Your role is instrumental in shaping the future user experience for our product portfolio.
**What you’ll do**:
- Deliver product line performance (revenue, margin, growth) for specific product families
- Provide thought leadership on product strategy and portfolio management
- Manage new product innovation and go-to-market for specific products execution (launch and life cycle management)
- Develop a clear and compelling digital and channel strategy, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Define the vision for digital and packaged products and services, including the commercialisation of digital based features
- Drive innovation and enhance the overall value proposition of Equifax
- Ensure a consistent design and approach across all products, ensuring we are creating a scalable and extendable capability set, which meets customers current and future needs
- Align and leverage global channel capabilities and strategies
**What experience you need**:
- 3-5 years in a leadership role with proven ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering successful products
- Deep knowledge in digital and channel capabilities, ability to educate wider team members of potential and appropriate solutions
- Experience working closely with marketing, sales, technology, operations, and other cross-functional teams to execute delivery of key initiatives, including the modernisation of platforms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present ideas to stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and the ability to balance technical feasibility, market demands, and financial considerations in decision-making
**What could set you apart**:
- Significant experience in product management, _(preferably) _in the technology or software industry
- Minimum of 3 years in a Head of position
