As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking to expand our team and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator to join us on a full-time basis.

**Position**: Project Coordinator

**Position Type**: Permanent, Full Time

**Location**: Rockdale, Sydney

**Responsibilities**: As a Project Coordinator at AAG Infrastructure, your responsibilities will typically include a range of tasks that contribute to the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects within our delivery operations team. These include:

- Collaborating with project managers to develop project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Day-to-day coordination, allocation, scheduling, and tracking of field tasks.
- Coordination and communication with on-field supervisors for managing pre-field services workflows, inquiries, and information validation.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to obtain relevant information.
- Accurate and timely entry of information in various client systems, including job claims, invoicing, general notes, and updates on scheduling status.
- Managing change requests and modifications to project scope, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed.
- Demonstrating role model behaviour in punctuality, reliability, collaboration, and compliance with AAG’s Code of Conduct, Work Health & Safety policies, and wider business policies and procedures.

**About You**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a meticulous level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability for management and engagement with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Capacity to manage a project end-to-end autonomously.
- Collaborative mindset that works well in a team environment
- Previous work experience as a Project Administrator or Project Coordinator

We would also strongly prefer if you had:

- Knowledge about NBN/Telecommunications.
- A degree in Civil Engineering, construction management or related disciplines.
