Job Description Summary

ConnectSydney, a dynamic joint venture between Service Stream, Boral and Johnson Controls, will be delivering the Sydney Road Assets Performance Contract for the Harbour Zone in metropolitan Sydney. About the Role

Nature of position: Permanent Full Time

Location: Primary Location Rockdale

Reporting Line: Environment Manager

Key responsibilities

Environmental Advisor will coordinate all environmental approvals, reporting and compliance administration, and providing support to the wider Assurance team (including sustainability). Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all environmental approvals
- Reporting and compliance administration,
- Maintain current knowledge of all relevant legal and regulatory environmental requirements, as well as Company policies and guidelines, to ensure proposed environmental plans and safe work procedures are in line with industry Best Practice and comply with all legal regulations.

About You

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering Experience in an Environmental Advisor/Analysis and reporting role and/or knowledge and understanding of the construction industry. Exercises independent judgement within defined practices and procedures. Experience in coaching others, direct projects or assignments on Environmental impacts and responsibilities.
