Receptionist position available within a Government Organisation

Your new company
An exciting position for a temporary Receptionist to work within a Government Organisation to start immediately has now become available. This position will see you working 3 days a week from 8am to 4pm with you deciding the days which best suit you
Located in the beautiful area of Latrobe Valley, the Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administration duties to stakeholders within the business.

You will be responsible for the following;
- Providing a range of administrative tasks and services
- Assist with input and maintenance of data, records and reports
- Provide advice to staff and other stakeholders in areas of administration
- Maintain open and effective channels of communication with staff, clients and other stakeholders
- Other duties as directed from time to time

What you’ll need to succeed
- Administration skills and experience within reception duties
- Sound organisational skills, including the ability to manage time and meet deadlines
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team as well as independently under general supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to draft documentation and interact positively with colleagues and clients
- Demonstrated computer literacy, data entry and word-processing skills including experience using business software such as Microsoft Office(Google Suite and advantage would be beneficial)
