Located at our state of the art showroom in Newstead, we are looking for a well-presented and reliable individual, with exceptional customer service abilities to manage incoming phone calls, promptly attend to customers and provide efficient administrative support with the utmost professionalism for our Ferrari sales department.

This position is also responsible for actively promoting and selling Ferrari lifestyle products and accessories.
- An exceptional customer service focus.
- Proven experience in a customer facing position.
- An effervescent and warm personality.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Advanced MS office and general computer skills.
- Sound knowledge of telecommunications and administrative procedures and requirements.
- Relevant administrative qualifications and/or experience in a similar role.
- Experience using a switchboard (Highly preferred).
- A current drivers licence.

Experience within an automotive dealership and familiarity with vehicle registration processes, and CRM database management will be looked upon favourably.
