**About the Role**:

- to provide a professional customer-centric service to the doctors, nurses and patients of the practice.
- checking patients in - geting the correct personal information
- billing patient as per medicare and practice policy
- scanning and faxing
- Cleaning of rooms & common areas as required

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experiences:

- Experience working in a busy and productive medical practice.
- Strong reporting and numeracy skills.
- Competent in the use of associated systems, software and technologies.
- Commitment and flexibility
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi task and willingness to learn are a must
- Ability to work independently, with confidence as well as in a team
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and written skills.
- A results-driven perspective.
- Working knowledge of Best Practice

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
