
Workforce Planning Specialist

As our **Workforce Planning Specialist**, you'll be the mastermind ensuring our rosters run seamlessly. You’ll expertly balance compliance, shift optimisation, and workforce metrics, all while collaborating with passionate Regional Managers, our dedicated GSC teams. Occasionally even teaming up with our Talent Acquisition team for a talent search.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**: You’ll keep everything ticking smoothly behind the scenes.
- Partner with Regional Managers to improve roster design, placement of employees, and workforce utilisation.
- Support daily roster compliance, identifying and resolving challenges quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with GSC rostering and support teams to meet operational needs.
- Assist with managing labour hire use, escalation processes, and identifying recruitment needs.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- A collaborative, solutions-focused team member who enjoys working cross-functionally.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Confident communicator with a resilient mindset and ability to adapt to change.
- Experience or interest in rostering, scheduling, or workforce planning is highly regarded.
