**About the Role**
We’re looking for a creative and purpose-driven Marketing Specialist to join our Lotteries team. If you love crafting engaging campaigns and driving customer growth, this could be your next move.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design and optimise campaigns to keep customers engaged, loyal, and growing, and to boost revenue and ROI.
- Work closely with the Lotteries team to understand customer behaviour and what drives results
- Plan and deliver a below-the-line marketing calendar that supports lifecycle and loyalty strategies
- Own campaign delivery from strategy through to reporting, working with key stakeholders along the way
- Track results and use insights to tweak and improve your approach
- Roll out offers and promotions that support retention goals
- Tools you'll be using regularly include Braze, Stripo, Amplitude, Asana, Microsoft Office (incl. Power BI)

**What You’ll Bring**
- 5+ years in marketing, with 3+ in customer lifecycle/growth
- Degree in Marketing, Digital, or similar
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and commercially minded
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Proven success with data-led strategies and ROI delivery
- Deep understanding of customer journeys and segmentation
- Collaborative and solutions-focused approach
