**About The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Marketing Coordinator** to join our talented, driven and collaborative Lotteries Marketing team, which is embarking on a long-term vision to maximise the commercial potential of one of Australia’s longest-running and most recognised charitable Lotteries.

The role will focus on membership acquisition and retention, reporting into the Lotteries Marketing Manager and working in partnership with the Marketing Specialists, to maximise efficient customer growth and commercial performance.

**In this dynamic role, you’ll get to**:

- ** Customer first**: Maximise the number of Endeavour Foundation Lotteries existing customers, foster growth, and ultimately acquire and maintain their engagement within the Star Supporter subscription program. Creativity and strategic thinking are key to success.
- ** Creative ideas**: Contribute to the creative strategy for owned channels and relevant audiences to sell the dream of winning a prize home. Bring bold, innovative ideas that resonate with our audience.
- ** Data Mindset**: We are commercial for a cause, and everything we do needs to drive brand awareness and revenue to support people with disabilities. You’ll use sales data tools such as Power BI to analyse campaign performance, supporting reporting and decision-making.
- ** Attention to Detail**: We work in a highly regulated industry, so accuracy is essential. You’ll support content curation for our marketing channels and review communications to ensure they meet both product descriptions and regulatory requirements.
- ** Channel Development**: Collaborate with Marketing Specialists on the development, execution, and reporting of our owned channel marketing calendar to enhance discretionary revenue performance and customer lifetime value.
- ** Team Culture**: Build strong relationships through excellent communication and stakeholder management to contribute to a culture of positive engagement, achieving the best outcomes together.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**: Work with your leader to ensure all campaigns comply with internal policies and procedures, including data security, legal, compliance, and brand standards.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related fields (desired)
- 2+ years of marketing experience in a customer-focused or similar role for a consumer organisation
- A proven ability to develop effective direct marketing campaigns from ideation through to execution
- A strategic and analytical mindset, with a track record of decision-making and problem-solving based on data insights
- A strong track record in running successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of CRM technology like Braze, Stripo, or similar tools (a plus, but not essential, we’re happy to train the right person)
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities
