As we continue to grow and innovate, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on **Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist - HubSpot** to join our Digital Performance team and lead our HubSpot and CRM marketing capability.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own and optimise HubSpot, including landing pages, forms, CTAs, content personalisation, segmentation, lead scoring, workflows, and performance reporting
- Build and maintain customer journeys that align to various service offerings and target audience needs
- Monitor and continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing, personalisation, and page optimisation within HubSpot
- Collaborate with digital and content teams to ensure website and campaign content supports engagement, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Provide insights and performance reports to stakeholders, including attribution tracking and ROI analysis
- Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance, and platform best practices are maintained
- Educate and support colleagues across the marketing team on HubSpot tools, personalisation techniques, and performance tracking

**What You’ll Bring**
- Advanced HubSpot skills, including experience with landing pages, CTAs, smart content, personalisation, and system integration
- Demonstrated success in building high-performing nurture workflows and customer lifecycle campaigns
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
- Confident working with stakeholders of all technical levels to train, support, and influence digital capability uplift
- Understanding of privacy laws and marketing compliance requirements in Australia
- Bonus: experience in the disability, community services or NDIS sectors is highly regarded

You will be required to undertake a **“Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check** and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
