**Your new role.**

Reporting to our Marketing and Partnerships Manager, you will have a key role in the development and execution of all aspects of our marketing activity. You will also be a major part of the development and implementation of sponsorship activities for the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant, National Pharmacies SANFL Juniors and Kickstart for Kids programs.

Other responsibilities include:

- Development and execution of retail promotional marketing activities.
- Development and execution of brand and membership marketing activities.
- Coordinate sponsorship activities related to the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant.
- Contribute to the planning, implementation and evaluation of the National Pharmacies Pageant marketing strategy and activities.
- Development and promotion of the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant branded merchandise range.
- Develop and activate corporate sponsorships, charity partner programs and community sponsorship programs.
- Campaign and database analysis.
- Social media community management and website maintenance as required

**What you’ll need to succeed.**
- Previous experience in retail marketing or event management.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related discipline.
- Excellent relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work across multiple projects at once.
- Experience in membership environment would be favourable.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, WordPress, WooCommerce and social media management highly desirable.
- It's important you enjoy being hands on and working in a small team where everyone supports each other to deliver requirements.
