Verra is a growing recruitment business built on real relationships, extensive industry knowledge, and a values driven approach to doing great work. Founded earlier this year, our leadership has extensive experience working both internally and externally with some of the country's biggest and most well regarded construction contractors. This hands-on background has shaped a deep understanding of the industry and inspired the development of a recruitment business that truly supports clients and candidates alike.

We partner with some of the best in the construction sector and we're ready to bring someone on the journey with us. We are open to hiring at different levels depending on your experience, whether that is as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, or Principal Consultant. What matters most is knowing your market, backing your work, and building long term partnerships with clients who value what you bring to the table.

We are flexible on background and here is what we mean. For experienced recruiters, this is an opportunity to break out of the usual constraints and build something of your own. We are also open to people completely new to recruitment who bring ambition, curiosity, and a genuine drive to succeed. Whether you come from a construction background, a sales role, or something else entirely, if you have the right mindset, we will support you to learn the rest.

About the Role

What You Will Be Doing
  • Building and managing strong client relationships within your focus sector and area of expertise.
  • Sourcing great talent and placing quality candidates into roles that align with both their goals and our clients' needs.
  • Owning and growing your desk with autonomy and support.
  • Becoming a true partner to clients and candidates, adding value beyond just filling jobs.
