**About the Organisation**

Operating as a rapidly growing and dynamic organisation that develops, manufacturers and markets and range of healthcare products for the healthcare industry worldwide, our client is now seeking an
**IT Infrastructure Site Operations Lead** in Field Services to be responsible for managing field services teams for IT operations, delivery management with managed service providers.

**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Senior Regional Lead Director, key accountabilities include the following:

- Oversee day to day management of IT infrastructure assets across the APAC region collaborating with IT stakeholders & leaders.
- Develop & implement strategies for the management of IT infrastructure assets through lifecycle.
- Oversee field services activities including user on/off boarding, shipping & receiving.
- Manage procurement activities & maintain accurate up to date inventories of IT infrastructure assets.
- Manage incident request ensuring issues are identified & resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain documented KPI's and SLA's for IT infrastructure operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures & regulations.
- Effectively liaise with the Infrastructure team and Business Partners in relation to infrastructure operations within affiliate offices.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in IT or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in IT operations in delivery management with managed service providers globally.
- Strong understanding of IT&T infrastructure technologies including servers, networks, storage systems.
- Sound experience leading incident management & problem resolution activities.
- Specific industry experience within pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment.
- Analytical problem solving skills with sound business/customer focus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
