**About us**
At e2e we are currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist the opportunity will give you exposure to field services, lifecycle management, site management, incident and request management, performance and reporting working with one of Australia’s Largest companies.

**About the opportunity**
As the Infrastructure Site Operations Lead you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies for managing I&T infrastructure assets across the region, manage vendors and service providers, identify and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues. You will be responsible for the smooth running of a broad variety of IT assets, and implementing meaningful change.

**About you**
You are a seasoned IT professional experienced in I&T infrastructure delivery/operations, with experience managing KPIs and SLAs with managed services providers. Strong experience in IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, network devices, storage systems, and other related technologies. Experience leading incident management and problem resolution activities, including root cause analysis and corrective actions an ITIL certification would be highly regarded.

Problem-solving: ability to identify and resolve complex I&T infrastructure issues

Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Leadership: experience leading teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment

**Core Skills & Technical Competencies**
I&T infrastructure operations: deep understanding of I&T infrastructure assets, including end-user devices, infrastructure hardware, and associated peripherals. Procurement and vendor management: experience managing procurement and vendor activities for I&T infrastructure assets and services. Performance and monitoring: experience monitoring and reporting on KPIs for I&T infrastructure operations, including incident, request, and MER management, as well as end-user satisfaction surveys. Project management: experience managing I&T infrastructure projects, including field services, infrastructure upgrades, and site maintenance. Technical expertise: deep technical expertise in areas such as networking, virtualisation, and storage Analytics and reporting: experience developing and delivering reports on I&T infrastructure performance and KPIs.

Hardware: desktops and laptops, LaserJet printers, Zebra Printers Proficiency in software packaging and deployment (MS SCCM) Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Office, Windows, etc Backup software packages (CommVault, Backup Exec, etc.)

Networking: basic knowledge of Ethernet networking (CCNA)
