While this role is primarily situated within the Utilities and Sustainability team, the role may be required to work across any team of Facilities Management Services.

**About the Role**:

- Maintain utilities information and respond to school requests by appropriately gathering and sourcing information for analysis and providing payment advice.
- Develop and proactively foster effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Provide advice and support on all aspects of utility appropriation payments to school and corporate officers.
- Undertake administrative requirements associated with Utilities and Sustainability and other duties as required.
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills and a high level of comfort working with spreadsheets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to problem solve and be adaptable.
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- A desire to continually develop skills and knowledge in relation to utilities appropriation and sustainability funding.

**The following attributes are advantageous but not mandatory**:

- Familiarity with SAP and invoice payment processes.
- Familiarity with SAPA.
- An interest in environmental sustainability would be desirable.
