Explore an exciting career opportunity with our client, a leading property services provider with a vast network of offices across Australia and a global presence. Specialising in Asset Management, Valuations & Advisory, Sales & Leasing, Occupier Services, Project Management & Building Consultancy and Research & Consulting, they are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their dynamic Asset Management team.

As a key member of the Asset Management team, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, ensuring efficient, cost-effective operation, maintenance, and development of all services within the asset.

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing contractors
- Oversight of opex
- Managing minor works and tenancy fit-outs
- Building inspections
- Maintain strong tenant relations
- Effective and timely communication

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following strengths and background:

- 2 years plus experience in Facilities Management or Building Operations
- Experience within commercial, retail or industrial assets
- Track record in managing contractors
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Facilities Coordinator or Assistant FMs encouraged to apply
