About the Role
Responsibilities include:
Lead and support the analysis, design, review and implementation of office and regional accommodation related business activities, systems, policies, projects and programs.
Participate in, and undertake designated project, organisational change and business improvement activities across a broad range of customer focused facilities management services to deliver tailored solutions for the department.
Assist in the preparation of project information, reports, submissions, briefing materials, correspondence and branch specific support documents and templates.
Foster a challenging, equitable, ethical and safe work environment that emphasises customer service and a focus on outcomes and encourages commitment, flexibility, innovation, responsiveness, acceptance of responsibility, accountability, continuous improvement, skills development and professional growth.

About You
Knowledge and experience in corporate office accommodation and/or facilities management is highly desirable.
You will be highly enthusiastic, customer-focused and able to multi-task to be successful in this role.
