**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Devise content strategies in line with marketing objectives.
- Content planning in line with marketing and campaign calender
- Craft captivating content across various platforms, from Instagram and TikTok to Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Confident on camera, or willing to put yourself out there

**Multimedia Production**:

- Produce and edit engaging videos tailored for Instagram and TikTok.
- Capture stunning visuals, ensuring high-quality photos and videos.
- Design eye-catching artwork using tools like Photoshop and Canva.

**Engagement and Analytics**:

- Monitor social media performance, fine-tuning content for optimal results.
- Proactively engage with our community, fostering user-generated content and reviews.
- Analyse engagement metrics to glean insights and inform strategy adjustments.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPI’s.

**Trend Monitoring and Collaboration**:

- Stay abreast of social media trends and audience conversations, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to amplify our brand presence and engagement.

Outreach to paid/contra influencers

**Event Coverage**:

- Provide support and capture content at company events.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Genuine passion for the skin, laser and aesthetics industry.
- Enthusiasm for social media and digital success.
- Proficiency and knowledge of best practice in social media platforms Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content driving brand awareness and interaction.
- Excellent communication skills and organisational prowess.
- Track record of managing multiple projects effectively and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a bonus.

This is a full-time role based in our Carlton Clinic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,405.98 - $88,672.51 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
