G3.Game is an entertainment and gaming hub offering iCafe, sim racing, and interactive gaming experiences. We are building a strong online presence to connect with gamers, drive engagement, and grow our community across multiple platforms, including **Instagram, Xiaohongshu (RedNote), and Reddit**.

We are looking for a **bilingual (English & Chinese) Marketing Specialist** who excels at **Instagram and Xiaohongshu marketing**, **viral growth strategies**, and **improving user experience**. If you know how to create buzz, engage with gaming communities, and drive organic growth, we want you on our team

**Your Role**

As a **Marketing Specialist**, you will be responsible for:
**Social Media Growth & Engagement**:

- Developing and executing **Instagram & Xiaohongshu** marketing strategies to increase followers and engagement.
- Running **viral marketing campaigns** on Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and Reddit to drive brand awareness.
- Creating **engaging, shareable content**, including memes, trends, and gaming-related topics.
- Managing content calendars, posting schedules, and audience interactions.
- Collaborating with **influencers, streamers, and gaming communities** to expand reach.

**Viral & Guerrilla Marketing Strategies**:

- Leveraging **Ins and Xiaohongshu** for **organic growth and community building**.
- Running **giveaways, challenges, and interactive campaigns** to boost engagement.
- Experimenting with **AI-driven marketing, gamification strategies, and user incentives**.

**User Experience & Community Engagement**:

- Collecting feedback to **improve platform usability and retention**.
- Enhancing user experiences through **loyalty programs, gamification, and membership perks**.
- Running **A/B tests** on marketing campaigns, social media content, and website landing pages.

**Advertising & Paid Marketing (Bonus)**:

- Running **targeted Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and Meta ads** for user acquisition.
- Managing PPC campaigns and **optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI**.
- Using **data-driven insights** to refine marketing strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Fluent in both English & Chinese (Mandarin), with experience in Xiaohongshu marketing.**
**Proven experience in social media growth marketing** (Instagram, Xiaohongshu & Reddit expertise preferred).
Experience in the **gaming, esports, or entertainment industry** is a big plus.
**Strong understanding of gaming culture, trends, and communities** in both Western and Chinese markets.
Knowledge of **SEO, influencer marketing, and paid ad strategies** is a bonus.
**Creative, data-driven, and a growth hacker mentality**.
Familiarity with analytics tools (**Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Xiaohongshu analytics**).
