**About the Role**

As the Finance Officer (Accounts Receivable) you will be responsible for accounts receivable control, collections of overdue accounts.

This varied and dynamic role provides a chance to develop your professional Accounting career within an international company; either in Australia or overseas.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Allocation of Bank Statement payments
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Handling billing and invoicing enquiries
- Calling Debtors for collection of overdue accounts
- Prepare function accounts - liaise with Sales and Marketing to ensure deposit received for upcoming function and send out function invoices to client on timely basis
- Assist in other general accounting functions as needed or required by the Finance team

**Qualifications**
- Relevant Hotel experience - Front Office/ Night Auditor.
- Accounting qualification (or equivalent).
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and juggle a busy work load.
