**About the Role**:
We have a 12 month contract opportunity to join our existing supportive team primarily based in Brisbane. This role will service our WA customers, working remotely in WA on a Monday to Friday basis. Reporting to the accounts receivable manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations in accounts receivable, providing high levels of customer service and ensuring debtors are tightly managed.

The team directly supports Icon's network of hospital-based pharmacies, dispensing medicines across in-patient and out-patient settings.

**Key responsibilities**:

- High volume customer account queries and debt collection
- Ability to manage your own portfolio of accounts
- Invoicing and reconciliations
- Account maintenance
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Additional ad-hoc administrative duties as required

**About you**:
We are seeking a team player who is comfortable in dealing with sensitive health care situations, as well as having the ability to remain empathetic. You will also have high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable sometimes working from home and being in a remote location to the rest of your team

**Mandatory requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Intermediate skills working in Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
