Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,800 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team. Based at our new CBD head office, this position is offered on 12 months fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

**THE ROLE**

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Processing high volume of data reconciliation
- Daily allocations of transactions
- Liaising with clients and other business units to resolve reconciliation discrepancies
- Invoicing and uploading onto client databases
- Assisting the Manager in reviewing and analysing jobs profit or loss

**ABOUT YOU**
- 1+ year experience working in Accounts Receivable/Job Costing, preferably within the mining sector
- Advanced Microsoft Excel highly desirable
- Experience with Pronto and Client software (TRACK) would be advantageous
- Strong administrative and data entry skills
- A passion for analytics and numbers
- Developed organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines
