**Sales Manager &/or Business Development Manager - Lead the Next Chapter at Thorburn Property Group (Gold Coast, QLD)**

Thorburn Property Group is seeking a **dynamic, experienced Sales Manager and or BDM** to step into a pivotal leadership role within our high-performing real estate business based on the stunning Gold Coast.

**What We’re Looking For**:
You’ll bring a **minimum of 5 years’ experience** leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales teams in the real estate or buyer’s agency space. You know how to inspire and drive results—without micromanaging. You’re a culture builder, a strategic thinker, and someone who gets the job done.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll provide regular insights on performance, revenue growth, and opportunities for expansion. This is a chance to **own the sales function** and treat it like your own business unit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Subcontract, Freelance, Graduate

Pay: $62,028.25 - $172,883.64 per year
