**The opportunity**:
We are seeking a vibrant and professional Sales Manager who has the nous and the motivation to nurture a successful sales portfolio across South-East and North Queensland, along with developing new business and managing a small, high achieving team.

**What you will do**:

- Maintaining and building on relationships with key stakeholders and existing clients
- Interrogating and researching markets to identify growth opportunities and customers
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Preparing and delivering on budgets and contract expectations
- Developing quotes, proposals and sales initiatives for clients
