We currently host a variety of amazing events at Mary Mae’s such as group bookings, cocktail parties, corporate events and weddings. Mary Mae’s is heading into our biggest and most exciting summer; This position is a hybrid role to build and lead the FOH team, managing the daily venue operations, and overseeing all events.

**The Role**
- Take ownership, build and help lead the FOH team
- Deliver exceptional client and guest experiences across a diverse range of events and daily venue operations
- Help lead and manage a large team of staff
- Manage the event operations including rostering and planning plus manage events from set up, through to sequence of service, to pack down
- Work closely with the sales manager, kitchen and the venue manager
- Build strong relationships resulting in return cliental
**About You**
- Extensive experience across the hospitality industry, venue and events management experience is highly regarded
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse service team and venue
- Motivated by delivering an exceptional client and guest experience including a keen eye for detail
- Organised with good time management and administrative skills
- Have a can-do approach and be passionate about the industry
- Valid RSA
Availability
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and school holidays as required by the demands of the business
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
