**About the Role**
Nestled between New Farm Park and the Brisbane Powerhouse, Mary Mae’s is a lively venue with stunning river views, attracting locals, tourists, and dog lovers. Whether it’s a morning coffee, cocktail event, or arts festival, there's always something to keep you engaged. We’re looking for an Operations Manager to bring their own flair, lead the team, and support the Venue Manager in growing the business.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Lead by example, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Manage FOH operations - stock, invoices, beverage lists, and training
- Oversee daily shift duties, including opening/closing, tills, and reports
- Collaborate with the Sales Event Manager to ensure smooth event execution
- Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

**About You**
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Experience in event management and hospitality operations
- Passionate about creating great guest experiences with a focus on service, cocktails, beer, and wine
- Flexible with working hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
