**About the role**:
We’re looking for a professional and motivated Client Services Manager who is ready to make their mark and ensure that TPRC’s clients are delighted with the service they receive. If you’re customer focused, energetic, and looking for a role where you can have a significant impact, we’d love to speak with you.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients, even the difficult ones
- Ensuring that accurate and up-to-date records are maintained for all clients
- Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction and providing reports and updates to the leadership team
- Developing and implementing client services policies and procedures
- Managing the Client Services team based in Manila, hiring and training new team members as required
- Troubleshooting any issues our clients are experiencing and coming up with brilliant and elegant solutions
**About you**:
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in Client Services roles who knows what great looks like and is ready to implement new ideas and ways of working for TPRC. We think this is an ideal opportunity for someone who is keen to build a Client Services team that exemplifies best practices.
We think you’ll need:
- Previous experience in a Client Services management role
- Experience in managing offshore teams would be advantageous
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- The ability to analyse data and trends and present recommendations back to the business
- Troubleshooting skills and the ability to devise solutions on the fly
- Knowledge of best practices regarding policies and procedures, and the ability to implement these
- A sense of humour and readiness to do what it takes to get stuff done
