Our client is looking for APS4 & APS5 experienced Co-Design and Engagement professionals who are looking to join a busy Federal Government team. The roles vary between being a team membership position, to team leadership position. The primary purpose of the roles is to provide technical, professional, policy, operational support, and advice to internal and external stakeholders.

**About the role**:

- Provide procedural, clerical, administrative and operational tasks, and support to the team
- Represent the agency at events and forums, by providing information and guidance to stakeholders
- You will be frequently interacting with internal and external stakeholders at community events and delivering engagement activities and projects including information sessions, forums, conferences, and webinars
- You will be providing advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex to complex issues
- You will be educating, informing, and liaising with mainstream services to improve the experience of users

**About you**:

- You will have previous experience in engagement, communications, and event management
- You will have experience working with internal and external communications, policies, and briefs
- You will have good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- You will have experience in content creation for multiple engagement platforms
- You will have excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously

**Benefits**:

- ASAP Start Date (pending Federal Police Check)
- Full Time Hours - Monday to Friday
- 12 month temporary assignment
- Perth location, WA
- Pay rates between $42.54 - $53.63 per hour + super
