**Your new company**
Our client is a very reputable public sector organisation on the Gold Coast with a predominant focus on the community. They are a very large and diverse organisation who are seeking an Administration Support Officer to join their team on a contract basis.
**Your new role**
The role of Administration Support Office will see provide high level support your duties will include but not limited to:
- Processing data
- Purchasing and receipting of invoices
- Generate monthly reports
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints
- Document management
- General administration support
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have exemplary written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in producing high quality data. Ideally you will have intermediate to advanced MS Office along with experience using SAP. You will have experience adhering to strict timeframes and guidelines. Experience in a similar role is essential, while experience within the public sector will be highly advantageous.
