**The Role**
The Nuclear Legislation and Conventions Legal Officer (APS6) is responsible to assist the Assistant Director Nuclear Regulatory Frameworks with developing and maintaining regulatory controls, through legislation, policy and guidance material, to address hazards and risks to nuclear powered submarines.
The APS 6 will assist in the provision of legal and regulatory advice to the Australian Nuclear Powered Submarine Safety Regulator (ANPSSR).
