We are hiring a Production Manager to join our Team

**Immediate Start**

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organise and oversee the manufacturing of bath and body products. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality output.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
- Organising workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor production to resolve issues.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.
- Determine the amount of necessary resources. (staff, raw materials)
- Ensure output meets quality standards.
- Enforce health and safety precautions.
- Report to upper management.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven Experience Production/Manufacturing Manager.
- Knowledge of Production Management.
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
- Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of performance evaluations and budgeting concepts.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient is MS Office.
- Outstanding communication ability.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Physically fit and capable which includes but not limited to standing for 8 hours a day, lifting to 20kg, and performing manual tasks.
- Be open to a diverse workplace and enjoy working with a team.
- Forklift License is not a must but is an advantage.

Wick’ety Wack is a family-owned business located in Smeaton Grange, South-west of Sydney. We are known for our handmade candles, bath, and body products that are all manufactured in-house. We are industry leaders in what we do and ahead of the game in creating of amazing products that are enjoyed by our customers all over the world.

This role is available to applicants who are 18+.

**Salary**: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
