**Store Manager - Spanian's Kebabs (Smeaton Grange)**

Oi, ready to step up and run the show? Spanian’s Kebabs is on the hunt for a solid Store Manager to lead the charge at our _food truck_ in Smeaton Grange. We need someone who can handle the heat, keep the crew firing, and make sure every customer walks away with a feed they won’t forget.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- **Running the joint** - Oversee daily operations, including rostering, inventory, and making sure service is on point
- **Keeping the people happy** - Handle customer queries and sort out any issues like a pro
- **Training the squad** - Get the crew up to speed on service, product knowledge, and making sure everything’s running smooth
- **Keeping it tight** - Maintain top-tier cleanliness and ensure we’re ticking all the health and safety boxes
- **Chasing the numbers** - Track sales, smash targets, and boost profitability

**What we’re looking for**:

- A gun leader with experience in retail or food service management
- Someone who knows how to keep a team motivated and firing
- A quick thinker who can tackle challenges head-on
- A legend who thrives in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple tasks

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shifts
- Weekend availability required, but we’ll keep it fair with a rotating roster - no one’s stuck working every weekend

**Location**: 10 Mcpherson Road, Smeaton Grange.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
