**About the Role**:
As an Executive Services Officer you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team by managing administrative responsibilities, coordinating events and meetings and facilitating effective communication. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. You will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and must process excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities within this role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide high level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Facilitate effective communication between the executive team and staff, parents, students and external stakeholder.
- Assist in the planning and cooperation of school events, such as open days, parent teacher interviews, and special ceremonies.
- Maintain and update databases, contact lists, and relevant school systems eg Social Media.
**About You**:
- Proven experience in an executive support role or similar position, preferably in an educational institution;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail;
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders;
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
