We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager (Indigenous Identified Role -Aboriginal or Tores Strait Islander ) to join a leading office supply business.

**The Role**

Working collaboratively within the Sales Team as an Account Manager, you will actively manage allocated customer accounts on a national and local basis working towards achieving high targets for customer retention and profitable revenue growth. The role is perfect for someone with a dynamic and engaging personality, who can work independently and is ready to learn, grow and deliver the results required to support a growing client base.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with a new business team supporting the discovery, implementation, and growth of new business opportunities
- Develop a solid understanding of your customers business and operations and understand their current and future market strategies
- Build and maintain strong business relationships at all user levels as well as develop strong networks with internal stakeholders
- You will be responsible for the commercial outcomes for your portfolio and your strong communication skills will serve you well with both internal and external stakeholders

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar account management role preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong sales skill based on commercial value proposition translation
- Strong internal and external influencing skills
- You are a naturally curious and goal orientated
- You have a strong track record for sales and sales negotiation
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and a desire towards continuous learning
- You have strong time and priority management
- Ability to work within a cohesive and collaborative team

FullTime | Monday to Friday | 38 Hour Week | Salary $70,000 + Super + Commision | 8:30am to 5pm - 2 days per week in the office & 3 days from home | Must have drivers license & own transport

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
