Join us in shaping the future of social work education As a Course Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and leading our brand-new Social Work program, offering you the unique opportunity to make it your own.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and support new courses, and contribute to research initiatives.
- Collaborate on external articulation arrangements, moderation processes, and academic benchmarking.
- Lead and coordinate scholarly activities and professional development for Higher Education staff.
- Assist in the annual internal audit of Higher Education operations.
- Work with the Dean on organizational goals, including marketing, finance, admissions, and alumni relations.
- Participate in student and staff orientation and graduation ceremonies.
- Engage in program marketing and course promotion activities.
- Prepare agendas and reports for various committees.
- Contribute to the development and renewal of academic policies and procedures.
- Monitor student progress and satisfaction.
- Conduct performance reviews of academic staff.
- Provide insights on academic resource management.

**About You**:

- ** Qualifications**: Post-graduate qualification in a relevant field, at least one AQF level higher than the course being coordinated.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in managerial and teaching roles at the degree and/or post-graduate level.
- ** Professional Development**: Commitment to ongoing learning with an annual allocation of 20 hours for professional development.
- ** Eligibility**: Must be eligible for AASW.
