With continued growth across Queensland, we are now looking for a full time Training Coordinator with expertise in Traineeships to join our team.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Process and enter enrolments; confirming eligibility against contractual obligations
- Ensure funding claims are lodged/processed and student invoices set up correctly
- Work closely with Trainers and Assessors, developing training plans as per program schedule and ensuring accurate course material is utilized
- Generate reports and caseloads for Trainers and Managers
- Assist with coordination of student graduation
**About you**
You will be a savvy industry professional who can support a dispersed team in QLD. You are in the game because of your passion for empowering people and rewarded by seeing success-stories unfold before your eyes.
**Essential Skills and Experience**:
- Knowledge and experience with a student management system (VETtrak highly desirable).
- Previous experience working in a RTO/Traineeships
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Highly developed written communication and administration skills
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. Has the ability to deal effectively with diverse range of stakeholders and authorities.
