About the role

Our Regional Partnerships team build strong, sustainable relationships with stakeholders in target sectors of the community by delivering effective programs and activities to drive business growth and retention. An exciting permanent full-time opportunity has arisen to join our Regional Partnerships Leaderships team as a Donor Relations Support Manager.

As a Donor Relations Support Manager, you’ll manage and lead a nationally dispersed team of Administration Assistants to deliver business outcomes to ensure we meet our collection and acquisition targets. You’ll direct and lead the team in supporting Regional Partnerships and collection sites to drive bookings and facilitating a positive donor experience in-centre. You will also provide support for the Regional Partnerships Operations Manager in implementing strategies to deliver consistency and best practice in all Regional Partnerships activities.

Leadership experience with the ability to remotely coach and mentor staff who are geographically dispersed, to drive results.

Collaborative nature with a strong focus on customer experience

Ability to manage conflicting priorities without compromising attention to detail

Excellent level of Influencing, problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Ability to monitor, track and report on performance measurements with a focus on continuous improvement

Experience in supporting and facilitating change management initiatives
