**About the role**

An exciting opportunity to join an amazing team who specialise in recruiting eligible breastfeeding mums who donate their excess breastmilk to feed the premature babies across Australia

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced **Registered Nurse** with a solid understanding of supporting breastfeeding women. This unique role involves engaging directly with our breastmilk donors, both in their homes and in hospital settings, so a **current driver’s licence** is essential.

**Here's what we are looking for**:
- Registered Nurse with current **AHPRA registration** and **Annual License Certificate** (with no restrictions)- Demonstrated **lactation expertise**Phlebotomy skills** - experience with blood collection**Current, unrestricted driver’s licence**-
- Proven ability to provide **exceptional service**- Strong ability to work **independently** and within a **multidisciplinary team**- Understanding of **breastmilk supply and demand** issues

**Desirable Experience**:
- Knowledge or experience working with **neonatal populations**- Experience in a **GMP** (Good Manufacturing Practice) or **food regulatory** environment- Flexibility to provide support to the **Milk Collection Manager** role when required

**This is a part time role with fixed working days Wednesday, Thursday & Friday each week.**
