**About the role**

The **Digital Marketing Specialist **will work from our corporate head office in the Brisbane CBD and have a critical role in maximizing the growth of Verbrec’s training business through the development, facilitation and delivery of a national strategic marketing plan.

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, the role will work closely with the leadership group for all marketing activities with specific responsibility for:

- Leverage your digital and performance marketing expertise to build the business brand and drive growth in new products and markets
- Work closely with stakeholders to lead the design, delivery and performance reporting of product marketing campaigns across the acquisition lifecycle (lead generation, foster, conversion and retention), including the design and optimization of customer engagement and journeys
- All facets of marketing including brand development, digital marketing campaigns, social media and content management
- Designing data-driven and direct marketing programs including their implementation and management, with a focus on performance analytics and continuous improvement
- Developing B2B and B2C engagement strategies that leverage constituent insights that contribute to the development of individual marketing programs
- Creating integrated content development and executing strategies across our digital media platforms
- Creating and managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and across other social media
- Leveraging our Learning Management System, and market to clients thus maximising repeat/return business
- Ensuring all marketing campaigns and business development opportunities are captured and managed within the entities CRM
- Analysing analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics to meet and exceed targets

You will be a highly organised, solutions focussed and confident individual who is committed to delivering and driving the marketing initiatives necessary to contribute to the growth of our customer base. You will ideally come from within a high volume and fast paced B2B and B2C business and be ready to take ownership of the marketing function for an industry leading brand, looking to grow its national presence.**
**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role, with B2B and B2C digital marketing experience
- Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google and social media advertising
- Strong understanding of Google text and YouTube advertising
- Experience with HubSpot or other social media publishing platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) best practices.
- Experience with technologies and best practices for web design, web production, and creative design across multiple platforms.
