The global growth of Australia’s leading Activewear brand has opened an amazing opportunity within our Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist at our Lorna Jane HQ.

Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will support in elevating brand awareness and growth across all sales channels by executing innovative digital advertising strategies, using engaging and relevant creative content.

You Will
- Execute the Global Paid Social Strategy, Affiliate, Search and Shopping strategy to increase online and retail sales.
- Work with key affiliate partners to grow affiliate traffic and revenue globally for new customer acquisition, in line with Online and Retail brand strategies.
- Work closely with agencies and publishers daily to identify growth opportunities, negotiate brand promotions and deliver creative copy within Lorna Jane guidelines.
- Support with the day-to-day communications with social and search agencies to ensure the timely and quality execution of the social strategy initiatives/plans.
- Briefing creative assets for affiliate and paid social channels to the Graphics Team ensuring the efficient quality of designs that meet marketing needs.
- Writing, managing and optimising paid social copy, ensuring alignment with the brand strategy, promotions and local market relevancy.
- Keeping abreast of digital marketing developments within the industry across all digital channels to inspire and initiate positive changes across the business.
- Develop ideas for designs/videos to create digital assets for affiliate and paid social channels as required.
- Analyse and report on social, affiliate and Google Analytics to internal stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.

About You.
- Previous experience in a marketing position.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Photoshop, and Premier Pro.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- High attention to detail & impeccable time management skills.
- Ability to consistently create and embrace change.
- Customer focus and service mindset.
