As a leading company in the new digital era, ASUS offers a complete product portfolio to compete in the new millennium. Due to business expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced **Product Manager** to join our System Business Group in New South Wales, reporting to Head of Consumer - SYS BG.
Key aspects of the role are including but not limited to:
- Provide local market feedback to ASUS HQ (Taiwan) and disseminate HQ information to local partners across Australia;
- Identify customer needs, oversee market research, and monitor the market trends/competitive landscape;
- Identify opportunities to out-position competitors based on areas of product differentiation, both in the short and long term;
- Manage lifecycles and product positioning in the marketplace;
- Take full responsibility for business plans and business results;
- In consultation with executive management, draw up marketing strategies and activities within the context of the overall corporate plan to meet company objectives;
- Interact internally and externally with executive management in the negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
- At least Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across multiple parties, including marketing, channel partners and external organisations
- Strong PC and analytical skills
- Regional experience is preferred
- Can work autonomously and be a great team player at the same time
- Well-organised and able to meet strict deadlines
