We're seeking a People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator to join our Group P&C team. In this role, you'll provide vital support across Human Resources, Recruitment, Capability, and Transformation projects, working closely with stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business goals.
- Assist with administrative support for transformation activity, change management, and organisational design activities.
- Partner with the P&C team on recruitment, performance, capability, remuneration, training, and development activities.
- Collaborate with People Services and Group Finance to ensure smooth operations and accurate processing.
- Maintain employee data integrity and resolve irregularities promptly.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for P&C processes, policies, and best practices.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
**What You'll Bring**
- Experience in People & Culture, Recruitment, or a business support role.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with a solutions focus.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders.
- A proactive, adaptable, and positive approach to change.
- Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with integrity.
- Certificate or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar (preferred but not essential).
- Advanced Excel skills (desirable)
