**The opportunity**:
Reporting to the Head of P&C and supporting a team of two P&C Professionals and the WHS & Facilities Manager you will be responsible for providing administration and coordination support to maintain and improve employee focused processes and assistance.
You will participate in and document P&C processes, projects & initiatives that contribute to an exceptional employee experience. The scope of your work may include:
- Coordinate and respond to general inquiries from employees and managers
- Draft and issue employee letters such as employment variations, reporting line changes, contract updates, flexible working requests, jury duty exemptions etc
- Initiate and coordinate onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Support employee learning and development initiatives by coordinating training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities and maintain user information & training materials in HRIS/LMS
- Assist with P&C internal and external reporting
- Assist with the coordination of wellbeing initiatives i.e. skin checks, flu vax,
- Promote and support diversity and inclusion initiatives/topics (webinars, events etc.)
- Promote and support Mental Health initiatives/topics, EAP webinars etc.
- Coordinate various P&C events or assist with other CHOICE internal events
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (BambooHR | Employment Hero)
- Manage the administration of reward and recognition platform (Reward Gateway)
- Send out surveys, update user information (Culture Amp)
**About you**:
You are organised, reliable and know your way around the typical suite of HR and office platforms.
- Formal qualifications in a relevant discipline i.e. HR, Psychology, Education)
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when managing records or handling confidential information.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
