**Ongoing full-time vacancy.**

The Service Desk Officer is accountable for the provision of effective first level ICT advice and support to all areas of SAPOL., providing a customer centric function to support end users to effectively utilise technology to undertake their role.

**Special Conditions**
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some intrastate and interstate travel may be required.
- The IS&T facilities being supported are in use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, therefore some out of hours work may be required from time to time. The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
- **Salary**

ASO3 - $67,589 - $72,033 per annum.
