**Role Details**

The Department for Child Protection (DCP) is seeking a **Service Desk Officer** on a full-time term basis.

The role is responsible for:

- Develop and maintain a highly client orientated service delivery focus.

**About You**

We are seeking a vibrant and resourceful individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively with a wide range of relevant stakeholders.

You will have a proven ability to work under limited direction and meet deadlines whilst maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

If you have the ability to adapt to changes in technology while maintaining a high level of service, then this may be the role for you.
