This role is a customer service focused role for a specialised transport organisation operating for over 40 years with a presence across the east coast. We are regarded as the leader in our field and require a diligent customer service consultant to continue our tradition.

Whilst experience in Sales in transport and logistics would be beneficial, it is not essential as we will provide full training and support. Above all, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, thinks independently and is a great problem solver.

The role requires someone who can fulfil the following;
- Meet customer's requests and enquiries using the provided quoting tools and knowledge base
- Be able to communicate with a broad demographic of customers
- Be able to work independently and quickly find solutions to any problems that arise
- Organisation and time-management skills are paramount to this role
- Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

**Salary**: $40,830.88 - $67,415.33 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
